So, in my previous video about soaking fish fillets, I learned that soaking fish fillets in Hot Sauce and Buttermilk offered more taste than soaking in regular methods like water and saltwater. However, a bunch of you guys told me to try Gatorade and Mustard, so that's what we're doing today! Leave me some more suggestions for things to try in the comments and enjoy the video!

Not sure what the gatorade would add.
But if you want spicy, combine corn meal, salt, pepper and red chili pepper flakes. Dredge the fillets in sriracha and coat with the corn meal mix.
Super awesome.

I have heard of the mustard thing, but not Gatorade. Could be interesting.

Never tried it! I have some basic recipes for spicy fish that I think I will stick with. thumb
