PB black

Guys I caught my pb black crappie and measured it at 16 3/8", any ideas on what this guy weighed? I'm having a friend build a replica for me.

It depends on how fat the fish was, but it should weigh a few ounces under 3 pounds. I caught a 16.5 that weighed 2 pounds 14 ounces and a 17.0 inch fish that weighed 2 pounds 15 ounces.

This time of year they are all post spawn, so theyre slimmed down some. Full of shad they could get
to 3 pounds, I'm guessing 2.65-2.80 ,...congrats.

With out a girth measurement its hard to guess. I would say 2.5 to 3 lbs.

Probably around 2.5 this time of year

Actually caught it on April 18th, just now got around to posting it.

Then definitely close to if not over 3.

I'll post pics of the mount when I get it finished
