Day on Palestine

Fished a few areas in Saleen bay. Pitched live worms around shallows and it was spotty but we caught alot of nice bream. Moved to some brush piles and caught alot of crappie. Nothing large. 70% where under size and the keepers all had eggs ( meats in the fridge)
Used a black chartreuse crappie jig. If you place it IN or on TOP of the brush pile, you will get bit. 2 feet outside the pile, and no fish. Hardest part for many fisherman.

Great job! We didn’t really find them today on pilings or timber. I HAVE to find some brushpiles on that lake.
