Got a few from Waxahachie Sunday and Monday. Water temperature was about 61 degrees. All but one fish came from deeper than 16 feet. Black and chartreuse was the color on 1/8th Oz jig head.
Fish on the left are from Sunday. 10 female to 4 male on the crappie. 1 to 1 on the sandies.

Caught 6 crappie at waxahachie wed.morning and a small yellowcat.
Crappie still has eggs.

Went out yesterday after work and caught one throwback and a few sand bass but couldn’t find much of anything anywhere. Shot docks, fished brush in 15-20 ft, and fished shallow along the dam just for kicks but couldn’t find any hungry fish.
