My First Tourney In The Books

Crappie Anglers of Texas Feb 15th Tournament. This is my first tournament ever and really had no idea what I was doing. Took 6th of out 25 but it was HARD fishing. I had one fish that I tried for hours to cull but had no luck.

You got to experience what happens on tournament day. The fish don't always cooperate, but that's the day you have to fish. Good conditions/bad conditions; you have to fish whatever is happening. Some people look at tournament results and think I caught more than that last week. I'm sure they did; but that was last week.

Ken, thanks for the phone call. You are correct, what happens one day is that day and not the same as the day before. I look forward to being out there next month. Should be a good time if I catch fish or not.
