I wonder how many thousands of crappie LOP puts out every year?
It seems the harder it gets fished the bigger the crappie are getting.
Congrats on a great trip

I've never been to LOP but I've seen a lot of slabs come out of it here lately......
Y'all are so lucky to have the time to travel to all these different lakes......
As of right now the best lake that I've been on is Fork with the Wok coming in second.....I won't turn down my lil small local lakes either as I've pulled done nice'uns out of them too.....

Cameron is catching GIANTS at Fork,...up to 3 pounder.
Pines is great, closely followed by texoma and cedar creek

Great Fish and Great Words at the end.
Wear that Life Jacket and Have Fun!
Nice slabs. Do not fish your area but down here in South Central Texas it is the Guadalupe River Lakes!

Lake Fork is not bad either. We caught some big ones but not nearly the numbers that Tommy did. Tommy filled up our livewell. Thanks Tommy for the fish. Crappie is definitely on the menu for the spring turkey opener.

Guess I need to fish Pines sometime...for me, Fork and Palestine have some monsters...I like both of those lakes, although I don’t fish the very often. That said, Sandlin is a lake I would consider retiring to...

Pines is a great fishery but it gets a TON of pressure. Especially since the livescope movement...... not arguing for or against the livescope as I own one.. but It seems to be the most heavily fished lake I frequent for crappie in East Texas. I much prefer to find something off of the less beaten path.

LOP will get more pressure from these videos after the online potlickers find it!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LPyexvWIJJ8He has 24K subscribers and Hook City TV has a ton as well. I admit I enjoy a number of these Youtube channels.

I have never fished Pines but I agree it is the best from what I have seen. No need to fish anywhere else

LOP has to be the top lake. Went Monday and talked to some guys from Arkansas/Mississippi border. The whole time I was thinking to myself was the fact that they would drive here over Grenada.

Awesome post. LOP has my vote. Fork second. My home lake RC third.
