No offense to the vendor here, but do people really need this? and pay $20? Just seems like a lazy mans tool to me.
Good luck, I don't need one. My fingers work just fine and really don't use nibbles anymore (prefer sprays if anything at all).

Although I typically don’t use nibbles, I tried them last winter.
