3N | Palestine Deep Water

After Tuesday’s trip. I couldn’t stand it anymore. So I called my friend Clint to see if he wanted to hang out and catch some slabs. Clint is new to Crappie fishing and I wanted to show him a little bit of the winter time pattern. So we hit Lake Palestine. The bite was a little tough but we managed a nice mess of quality fish. All fish caught on BoneHead Tackle Stump Bugs.

Friday was David and Wade on lake Palestine. Fishing was a little tuff had to move around a lot. A lot of fish would come up and look at the bait but would not bite. Here are some pictures of the Crappie biting the jigs on 2d sonar. You can see the two jigs and the crappie coming up after it. Fishing open water. All Quality fish today big fish went to David 2.00 pounds.

Crappie fishing as been good on Palastine. Seems like the cloudy days are a little tougher, the sunny days are better.

Fish caught on BoneHead Tackle Stump Bugs jigs. Springtime is coming up be sure to stock up on them.
