LOP Sunday Afternoon with Best Friend

WENT FISHING SUNDAY AFTERNOON ON THE PINES WITH MY BEST FRIEND WHO HAPPENS TO BE MY WIFE. WE EAT LUNCH UNDER THE CYPRESS TREES, WENT SWIMMING, AND CAUGHT SOME BARN DOOR CRAPPIE.
BIG FISH WAS 2.06 / BEST 7 WAS 11.1 - I KNOW THE CAT GUYS WOULD HAVE DONE BETTER, BUT WE ARE LEARNING.
JUMPING TIMER IN 23' - FISH 12' DOWN.

Nice trip... wouldn’t be so sure about all those CAT guys!

Congrats, I would rather catch 20 big ones than 50 small

1/16 OZ Chart-use minnow shape head - Bobby Garland Blue Ice Jig. Get it to the right depth and let it sit. They either thump it or suck it in and if you feel something heavy - set the hook. After Catching 1 to 2 on timber - tip with white crappie nibble. Hope this helps.
