Have you thought about equipping that beautiful young lady with a flotation device? While I know it doesn't seem necessary, should she slip or fall off that dock... they sink like a rock. Had it not been for my wife, God rest her soul, my son may not be with us now. At 4, he fell off our dock. Mom went in immediately behind him. He was in 10' down when she found him.

Many moons ago, I wrote an article and sent it to In-Fisherman. It was titled, "Take the Rod," and it was the story of me when I was your grand-daughter's age, and my step-dad teaching me to fish. They actually paid me $250 and published it.
Thanks for the memories, and for the love of fishing you're instilling in that beautiful little girl, my friend.
You and Leo are simply living the dream! It just don't get any better!
