Went out today from 7 to noon. That rain sure was chilly this morning. Ended up catching 37 with 10 keepers. All on bobby garland 2" baby shad in threadfin shad color anywhere from 8 - 25 feet deep.

did about the same thing.caught 36 had 12 keepers! Grapevine

Better get them the next couple of days. The fishing is about to die when we have flooded lakes by the end of the week.

Thats seems to be the ratio lately. We're you fishing main lake or denton creek? Been wanting to head over to grapevine lately.

It seems crappies start to move to shallow.
