Wondering if anyone has tried the Yumbrella Ultra Light Tripod for crappie. Looks like it can have possibilities.

Those would work better for white bass than crappie. Crappie love cover and you would lose alot of those rigs were I fish.

id rather throw that into a school of white bass personally. sounds like an expensive mistake if you fish brushpiles. I think that particular bait is best if your casting and retrieving it. most crappie fishing is done vertically.

I tried spiderigging with some short arm A-rigs one time. I couldn't keep them running straight and seemed to tangled together. I did catch fish with them.
