Friday Travis and Todd wanted to hit the honey hole, so off we went.
Today's bite was different. First stop nothing; Second stop only one; Third stop pile is loaded! We fished ten minutes without a bite with jigs and scent. Travis dropped a minnow and right when it hits bottom, BAM! fish on. So minnows it is. "we aren't hard headed, we come to catch" it was on fire after that.
These two boated some big fish today. Travis had Big Fish of the day with a #2.16 Todd had to big fish at #2.05 & #1.98
Had a great time with these two. They smoked the crappie. Ended the day with a two man limit, 50 crappie!
All 49 fish came off one pile.
