Had the pleasure of taking Darien out again today to do some crappie fishing. This time he brought his son Cooper again and his son Ryan for the first time. The crappie bite was a little slower than it had been lately with a front moving in last night. Also noticed a lot more fish just under 10" showing up. They did manage to boat 28 nice keepers and had a bunch of short fish all well thrown back. Turned out to be a nice day and they really had a good time.
