Had the pleasure of taking Travis and Trenton out again yesterday on a split crappie trip. The winds blew hard and the crappie still bit really well. They toughed out the blistering wind chill and Travis left with 14 nice keepers and I dropped off 13 keepers for Trenton since he had to leave early to go do a little hunting. Yes sir same type split trip as you and Travis did last winter. I'll be most likely running lots of those split trips between now and the spawn.
