Is anyone catching any crappie on Lake Of The Pines?
Caught 25 keepers Tuesday off brush piles on jigs.
Stratos- were they at any particular depth? Did you happen to note the water temp?
About 15' and I think the water temp was at 68. Most fish on Cajun cricket and bluegrass.
I was there last weekend (Friday / Saturday). Caught 30 keepers total over the two days scattered in with a fair number of dinks. Like stratos, I fished 14'-18' over brush. Caught most around Hurricane Creek mostly on Pink head, Silver body jigs.

TWIMC: TPWD has placed a ton (27) of structures all over L O the Pines & they even have the coord as downloadable files that you can put on your unit.Anyone ever tried their luck?
I haven't been for a few months but back in May I hit all of those points and smashed them.
Thanks for all the input, if I get to go this weekend I`ll report
Went out last night, tried fishing over green light. Tons of bait fish gathered but no luck with crappie!
