google "views on the road" and see their recipe. i did it and i was drinking the broth. a great way to cook and stretch it out for 2 or 3 days. not to mention delicious.
I cooked the meat / consommé a while back and they turned out great. Lots of work and ingredients though. I used short ribs and Chuck roast for the meat. I actually prefer Carne Adovada tacos more. Similar ingredients but use pork butts that you can almost always for .99 cents lb.
I never tried Birria tacos and I just asked my wife if she knew what they were. She had the Quesa-Birria street tacos at Cruzitos in Rowlett and said they were great. Next time we go there I'll have to try them. Thanks for sharing!
