407 BBQ

How many have had it? I’ve heard it’s the best. I’m looking to find the best Q In Texas.

I haven't but i live 200+ miles away, so that's my excuse.

I live in Dallas so kind far for me, but I hunt out west a lot, need to stop by there and pick some up on the way home. Might do that this weekend, it is a bit out of the way, but worth it I suspect!!

I've had a lot of different BBQ, 407BBQ is my favorite. Just had Marty B's last week. Its great, but I still prefer 407. Pecan Lodge was way too salty/over seasoned. Cattleack is just 4 minutes from my house- pretty hard to beat. I still side with 407. I use 407 rub on briskets, pork ribs, beef ribs. Haven't used it on chicken yet.

I usually try and eat at 407 most times I'm up there, nothing like it down here. I also like Miller's in Temple/Belton, it is dang good BBQ, might be my favorite.

My favorite BBQ joint. Try the fried brussel sprouts, they're awesome.

Its That Good!!!

The brisket and ribs are great, and the smoked turkey breast is really good. It's not an item I usually order at a BBQ joint but a take home order when you leave can turn into sandwich heaven.

All the sides are good but my favorite is the creamed corn with green chilis.

Brisket, Ribs and Turkey are the best I had. I ordered from him many times for Thanksgiving dinners before he opened his store. Nothing better!! So good.

407BBQ is the real deal! We drive 48 miles to eat there. Worth every bit of the drive!

I have already made arrangements for my daughter and SIL to pick up an order for me next week on their drive here from Fort Riley.

I will be using 407's online order ahead option so they can grab and go to get the BBQ here sooner.

It is really good and worth the stop.

Definitely one of the best in the state!!! Plus Bryan is a great guy, make sure to tell him hi as he loves to meet fellow TFF guys.

Made the short 33 mile drive for 407 BBQ. A little tip for you. In a hurry ?, order from their website. Food will be hot and wrapped up for you when you get there. There is a special spot for online or phone orders. We walked past the hungry patrons, picked up the order and were off in no time. Hands down the best brisket around. You can get it any of 5 ways from super lean to super moist or marbled. Great experience. Masks are optional. JP

I've gone a hundred miles out of my way to eat there numerous times. To be honest I don't even remember what the sides are like, it's all about the meat when I eat BBQ. I've had every meat there and they're all great, but the brisket and smoked meatloaf are unbeatable. I never order meatloaf anywhere except 407, it might be the best thing I've ever had.

I may have to buy extra meatloaf next time I'm there just to take home so I can make fried meatloaf sandwiches!!

Were does he get his hamburger buns ?

First time yesterday. Got two sliced beef sandwiches to go. It is the best, slightly above Hutchins McKinney. Going back Saturday for a pickup order for my Grandson’s birthday dinner.
