I don't get over there but maybe once a month, but when I do - I stock up.

Dang it, this stuff is the B E S T recipe-enhancer ever ! ! ! Add a little to a can of beans, add some Head Country and maybe some cheddar cheese and garlic powder and V I O L A (behold) you've got a bowl of greatness.

Unless they changed in the last few years it is just mediocre, Fifteen or so years ago it was pretty good but kept getting worse all the time.

Any BBQ joint that serves on butcher paper can’t be bad-Cotton’s in Robstown brings back memories as does the original Coopers in Llano! And gotta add some open loaves of bread on the family style table!

407 BBQ,..is was sitting here this morning reading this and told the wife, get your britches on we're going out to 407 for some lunch,...
it's about 40 minutes from my house, and we get there about 1:20. Pass the shooting range and swing into the parking lot,.......
AND THE PARKING LOT IS EMPTY, AND IT'S CLOSED !!!! I been there a dozen times, who would have thought that they would be closed on
SUNDAY,....guess I shoulda looked I guess. I'll know better next time....two other cars pulled in the lot while we were sitting there dumbfounded.

They sell it at Walmart , Jalapeno and Cheese is good . Beef is not very good.

BC stopped me before I made the same mistake this past Sunday. Was leaving Ray Roberts after an hour of miserable conditions and was headed there for some comfort food and he informed me it was closed Sundays. Good looking out, buddy!

Yes

It is better than that good. I live in Central Texas within an hour of most of the highest ranked Q places in the state but we get our Q at 407 anytime there is traffic headed North.
