Discovered Great Burger Place ~~ Storm's Restaurant

Passing through town and stopped for the first time. Went to the one in Hamilton, TX. Burger was delicious. Simple, but good.

Years ago the ones in Lampasas and Burnet were really good, haven't been in over 30 years. When the daughter went to Tarleton about 7-8 years ago we went through Hamilton to get there. I kept bragging how good the other two were so we stopped once in Hamilton. The burgers, fries and onion rings were terrible, and not many customers, Sonic was packed.Hope they got it down now or we just hit a bad day.If like the good days you better be wearing a bib or old shirt for cover, that greasy juice ran out of the burgers.

Lampasas store is more oldfashioned and I think the best. The “Storm Special” and a cherry limeade is plenty good-and not too expensive. I used to get the same order to go at the Hamilton location on the way through town and the quality seemed to vary.

Very reasonable prices.
