Giving Doe Belly's in Kaufman one more chance

I have been eating at Doe Belly's quite a bit since they opened in Kaufman. I have eaten Fried Catfish and Shrimp, Grilled Catfish and Shrimp, Grilled Talapia, Jambalaya, Etoufee, Red Beans, Black Eyed Peas, Dirty Rice, Potato Salad and I can't remember what all I have had but I just cannot get one thing at this place that is not good to great food. The fried catfish is as good as I have had anywhere. Service is great, casual atmosphere and not bad on the pocket book. Might try a Po Boy or Creole this weekend and looking forward to it.
