I need to do this as well. I keep putting it off as I've been traveling in the rain, dirt, and taking loads of down tree / limbs to the dump.

My F150 was filthy, ran it through the drive-thru carwash this morning, then spent $5 in quarters washing it more this afternoon. One more washing at the house and it will be ready for the detail guy.
