When I worked in the ER's in Mesquite (First Choice/Adeptus) we had to watch the people coming in to use the "waiting room" restrooms. They would shoot up their drugs and leave a needle either in the trash, in the napkin holder, or toilet. Pretty sad. Usually could tell the druggies from their body language. Proof was always in the restroom.

Yeah it's pretty crazy when you have deal with crazy people in person on a regular basis and it's gotten worse in the last couple of years my plan is to move my shop to Fork and be semi retired or just less stress
