I actually like the product but think they should tone down its whiteness with some food coloring or something.

Some sugar and crushed pineapple helps a lot.

by itself....no way but with mixed fruit it's not bad

Never been a fan, my Mother use to eat it all the time, I think it was a fad diet food back in the sixties

Men, like me, put salt and cracked black pepper on it and eat it with chips…like a chip dip.

On Kolaches is the best.

mix small curd cottage cheese with ricotta and use in lasagna or manicotti.

Back in the 60s Lubys had a plate that was cottage cheese, and a ground sirloin steak which no one I knew ordered. This proves we did know about carbs but ignored them

Growing up I liked it a lot scooping it up with Fritos, but not anymore.

I'm indifferent to cottage cheese, therefore, I don't eat it, unless it shows up in someone else's prepared Italian dish.

I agree. I have never eaten other then making lasagna with it in college because we did not know better.

With a little salt, lots of black pepper good to go, with pineapple even better, dump it in a blender, add salsa, blend, creamy salsa dip.
