Fair Price for Dodge 3500

Fair Price for Dodge 3500 - 07/16/21 05:18 PM

Sold my travel trailer so I guess I should sell my truck. It is a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 Limited with with 33,000 miles and in min condition except for one of the fender wells. Has a spray in bedliner as well pretty much everything else. It has a Pullrite fifth wheel hitch that I can either include or take out. That was the last year before the DEF requirement. I need to take advantage of the current demand but am not sure how best to achieve that.

Pick a stupid high price, add 10k to it and see what someone offers.

If you loved the environment you would destroy it so it couldn’t be driven anymore.

Go to the nearest car max with the truck and they will give you a check or a written offer good for 30 days and go to a dodge dealer and get a bid.
These numbers will be a true wholesale offer, from there you can decide if you want to add $$ to that price and sell it yourself.

Or he could just destroy the engine and hook it to horses or oxen.

Do a nationwide search on cargurus site to get an idea for asking prices on comparable trucks.

in that kind of condition for a 2012, mid to high 60's minimum. That Cummins isn't even broken in yet, sir. Anything pre-def regulations is going to be worth more. That motor probably has another 600-700,000 miles before she needs any major work. Post up some pics, would love to see her.
