I didn't want to be the first one to say it, but a tough cut of steak like a sirloin seems to become more tender the next day.

Chicken fried rice, pad Thai, any Italian pasta dish, certain Mexican dishes

Fried chicken, pizza or any other Italian food.

Southern style fried squash…much better on day two, but I rarely have any left.

Any type of food that you cook with plenty of mixtures in it (chili, stew, beans, homemade spaghetti sauce, gumbo, etc..).

A cook that puts big ol’ hunks of nasty onion in an (otherwise) awesome potato salad should get shanked.

Ive been eating on some homemade lasagna for a couple days. Its still really good.

Any type of stew is always good left-over, as it has longer to marinate.

I was cooking a bunch of stuff the other day and added some waygu flat iron steaks to the mix. Although it had good flavor none of us liked it due to the incredibly tender consistency which was almost like eating Tofu. I set it aside and reheated it the next night while grilling some deer sausage. The second night that waygu was some of the best steak I ever had.

My beef and bean chili gets better every day…
