I rarely watch espn anymore, but I’ve never been a berman fan, his schtick got old a long time ago. I guess he remains popular or they wouldn’t pay him

I haven't watched ESPN Sports Center for decades. When they did Thursday Night NFL I'd watch the network and did get a kick out of old drunk Chris Berman.
Generally my thoughts on ESPN:

I think working at ESPN is like walking in a mine field. They have become “woke” and very liberal and political. One misstep and you are out the door.

Can't wait for the day the wokecenter gets canceled all together. Been about 3 years now since I have watched anything ESPN.

I didn’t know he was still there, because I only watch live sports and 30 for 30 on ESPN, but he’s an OG SportsCenter guy and sneaky one of the best to do it. Played college QB and then harassed ESPN with letters asking them to hire them. It was the only job he wanted, and he got it.

Once they went political I was done with them. I think the final straw was when they gave Brucie Jenner the Arthur Ashe Courage Award over the female collegiate basketball player that was suffering from brain cancer.

ESPN is the MTV of sports. Relevant and cool for awhile a long time ago.

He can pick and choose his next gig. He will be better off away from ESPN. Its a sinking ship.

Are they still around? Quit watching years ago. Professional sports and sports networks ran me off a long time ago. Don't really miss em either!

Good call
I think I stopped watching ESPN about the same time as I quit watching MTV.

I watch very little ESPN anymore.
Mostly late night with SVP and the Hockey Guys.

I stopped watching ESPN around 5 years or so ago. They became way too political and seemed to hire those that promoted their Liberal stance.
I wanted to hear about sports not what some political agenda they were pushing.
