I love it, but I probably wouldn't want to shoot it because of the price of the ammunition.

Between the weight of the gun and that muzzle brake it’s not much more than a 12ga.

I was at the gun store last week, and if that's 50 BMG, they were selling it for $3.99 a round.

Very little. That brake takes about 70%out of it. That Ali g with the shear weight of the gun makes them very easy to shoot.
Less recoils than a 7mm rem mag.
And .50 caliber ammo is pretty easy to find. About 5.00 a round.

A 50 cal. SLAP Round costs about $100
Saboted Light Armour Penetrator Rd. which can be produced a different calibers

I just checked around and did not find any 50 cal nothing near $100 per round, plenty between $6 & $3 per round.

If my math is right, that means we have between a $94 and a $97 discrepancy, per round. Who can we get to untangle all this?

I recently saw a video where a guy’s .50 BMG Serbu grenaded shooting some old SLAP rounds. Guy almost bled to death.
