License Plates? - 04/08/21 10:58 PM
I have never understood how so many people get away with driving a vehicle without license plates, 0 none front and back. Saw it alot in Colorado, New Mexico, South Texas and now Arizonia. Just dont get it!

How about the paper plate posey, there is an entire segment of society that just prints a new date and drives on. I have to pay for inspections, insurance, tags, tolls, I dare say this is racist.
i new a white mechanic at a gmc dealership that had been using paper tags for years
i used them a few times when needed

yes they will since even paper tags these days have numbers and aren't just dates

I would bet there are way more bogus paper tags than real ones though

I walk my apartment complex almost every day and in a complex of 430 units I can find EVERY DAY at least 10 expired paper (they're not paper any more) tags and at least 5 expired inspection/registrations. I wish there was a bounty on these expired documents - I could make a killing as a side hustle.......

Agreed! I‘m boycotting them all...except vanity plates. Those seem kinda voluntary to me.

Back in the 80s the Leo's in Plano would drive apartment lots and write down out of state tag numbers and date. 60 days later if there was not a valid Texas tag on the vehicle it got a ticket. Buddy from PA got one.

I bet the majority of them do not have insurance either!
