Best hamburger joints - 04/08/21 04:22 PM

I have found are in bowling ally’s. Have one close that will make it to order and load you up with hot fries. Give it a try one day when you have time as they are not a fast food joint.

I’ve been to all these except burger extreme, and I agree Bob-

I stopped at a small cafe in Eustice, over by cedar creek lake yesterday, called “The Roost”.
I had the CFS, and man it was good!
I’m going try those burger next time I’m there.
I love these hole in the wall joints.

Hub Cap Grill, Houston and League City make the top burger joint list in the US every year. They are pretty good.

Used to be a Place in San Antonio calls Biff Buzzby's if I recall the name, about as good a a burger gets.

Hamburger Depot at Lake Sam Rayburn is not slouch either.

What about Dutch's across from TCU in Fort Worth. About the only thing I miss about my daughter graduating from TCU was not being able to go to Dutch's (or also Kincad's) for a burger while we were visiting.

I hope a good while Hop, the father and son that own it seem to be good people. The son is retired military and his dad is an awesome chef who comes up with different things for them to try. Wish they had more tables but hasn’t been a problem so far.
Think they do a good bit of to-go business.

I’m also interested in Dutch’s. Never been, because we always go to Buffalo Bros for wings instead. Ford’s and Rodeo Goat are very good.

I enjoy the burgers at Old Town Ice House, but the owner is a weirdo.
