Marvin Hagler - 03/14/21 12:44 AM

RIP. He was amazing to watch during what could be called the greatest period of boxing history that was televised. Hagler, Leonard, Hearns etc.

Loved his fights against Vito Antuofermo. Still say he got screwed against Sugar Ray. RIP

I thought the same with the Sugar Ray fight. Taped it on VCR, went back and watched it a couple of times...took it shot by shot and scored it like I was a judge. Was surprised...Sugar Ray won on points both times I did it.

His fight in 1985 with Thomas Hitman Hearns was epic....he was a tremendous boxer and very smart too.....lost to Sugar Ray controversially, pocketed 19 million, and walked away....never fought again

Yes it was. "The War" in 1985. I saw it live. Awesome. Back when they televised "Superfights" and there was no pay-per-view.

Brutal...I'll keep my chances of not getting any vaccine. To my knowledge at 46 I haven't had any by choice. I won't remember any that I had to get as a child.

Yeah, it all makes sense now. My family was very supportive of my decision to either wait a while a while, or not get the vaccine. Now they’re all lobbying for me to get it.

My Dr. wants me to take the shots.

Re: RIP - 03/15/21 07:30 PM

I was just notified this morning that I am now eligible, I’m still going to wait. My best buddy and his wife got their second shot on Friday, he was absolutely fine but she got very sick over the weekend. I just don’t quite trust it
