Middle of the tube - 02/15/21 04:58 AM
So I have been with my wife for 16 years and married for 12. Even after all the conversations about this situation she still does the same thing! She squeezes the toothpaste from the middle of the tube! Drives me absolutely crazy! I mean how do you not work squeeze from the bottom up for optimal efficiency? It was almost a deal breaker for the marriage...savage right?!?!

Buy his and her tubes of toothpaste and let her squeeze away.
Make a deal with her- the toilet seat stays up until she starts squeezin in the right place.
Let us know how that turns out for ya

If that’s the biggest problem you have with her you are Blessed.

3 words for ya. Pick your battles.
And 3 more. Count your blessings.
Buy his and her tubes of toothpaste and let her squeeze away.

This^^^^. It's worked for us for many years.

I've been married for 26 years. Even when we take vacations, we each take our own tube of toothpaste. My complaint is her leaving the lights, TV and other stuff on when she leaves a room. This is why I wait until she falls asleep before I go to bed. The TV is still on in the bedroom.

I think it must be a woman thing. Or now that chromosomes don't count, maybe it's an identity thing? I wonder if Lannie squeezes from the middle too?

Really I was just bringing up conversation about it more than anything. When we built our new house I made sure our sinks were on opposite walls and I have my own tube. Just figured there were others out there with the same thing going on and would make for some good responses.

Getting separate tubes was easy. Teaching her the correct way to install the TP took almost a year.
