Well that didn't take long. Texas files suit against Biden's 100 day freeze on deportations and judge suspends Biden's order for 14 days. Nationwide, not just Texas.

Law Suits against biden will be a full time job for texas, south Dakota, and a few other proper places.

Sue all they want but the 100 day pause is still in affect.

Wrong. The judge's ruling has stopped the suspension for 14 days, so illegals will be removed over at least the next two weeks. Over this period both sides will file legal briefs and the judge will revisit the case.

I hope you are right, as of today, they are still paused unless a terrorist, danger to society or sign a waiver no immigration officer has seen.
