My fridge took a [censored] and I’m still waiting on it’s replacement. Because I’m living out of a couple small beer fridges, I bought a half of brisket, point end. Cooked it on the Rec Tec for 7 hours at 225, then wrapped it for 3 hours to 205. Put it in the cooler for an hour then grubbed. Dang thang was so juicy and tender with a decent smoke flavor and ring. I’m in love with the Rec Tec.!
