Lot of Nasal drainage for wife and I. Also smoke in the air from a fire somewhere. Cant imagine a CONTOLLED BURN yesterday with 40 mph winds.

Zinc Lozenges, I buy the Equate brand at Walmart at the first sign of symptoms and find myself to be clear of all symptoms in about 3 days

Outfishdya —we’ve been using twice daily. Initially I was skeptical but now 3 years in and I’m a believer. Me, wife ,daughter and granddaughter use it faithfully and not one of us have had the major symptoms of cedar fever.
