I think I would need shoulder surgery if I tried this.
Could you throw one of these?

Annual TFF Wiffle Ball Game?

If we have a TFF wiffle ball game, I strongly recommend protective gear, especially in the most vulnerable areas.
And a solid month of cardio and stretching prior to the game.

Yes. Played beach wiffle ball well into my 20s. My college buddies and I get together twice a year for a Ryder Cup-style competition. Whoever hosts it gets to choose the competitions. It’s usually things like beer pong, darts, cornhole, etc. When I hosted, wiffle ball home run derby was one of the competitions, which we used to play in the quad in college.

Wiffle ball is great.

I was a whiffle ball ace back in the day. Had a nasty curve and screwball from submarine delivery, and a filthy sidearm slider.

I may have been the greatest waffle ball batter in history.
I had to quit baseball because it was interfering with my wiffle ball.

That makes every joint on both arms hurt just watching it, but then again I am getting old.

Guaranteed, that'll make a hitter out of ya! I sent the link to my son and told him this is how I expect his ball to move this spring. lol_2

laugh

OK, when we get together for the 1st annual TFF wiffle ball game, outfishdya has the 1st inning on the mound.
I'm sure we have at least 3 pitches before he has to retire and get ice on the shoulder and elbow.
