Ammo
It's crazy out there....not a box of 9mm to be found in the greater Oklahoma City area. I have hit every major store just looking for some plinking 9mm ammo. No .45acp, limited .223. Did I miss the memo about the pending apocalypse or something?? Actually saw an ad for 1K rounds of 9mm for over $600.00..!! That is just crazy...

Knowing this was an election year I started stocking up three years ago. There's been like 4 ammo shortages in the last 6 years plus it helps having an inside person that works for Academy. Bought a tactical mossberg 590a1 a few months ago.
Election year is always like that. Fear tactics drum up sales. When I worked in firearms sales people would line up every morning just to buy ammo. Got to the point we had to limit them to two boxes per customer otherwise one guy would buy it all.
Bet there is a run on ARs right now too.

h&h gun range, I40 and meridian. check with them.
sg ammo in stillwater, they were out last time I checked but will notify when available, they are online only I think
gunbot.net then sort by "9mm" and "most recent". each line will be a link to whatever store/site is selling it just double check the price when in the cart.

I bought 1000 rds of 9mm a couple months ago. Within a week, it doubled in price. I paid $350 plus shipping from Vegas. Its ridiculous. I just bought two Kimber tactical ultra carry II's yesterday. Apparently I forgot I don't have any spare plinking ammo at the house (ooops). Now I can't find any of course. they make great decorations on the desk at the moment. I might've found 700 rds for $350 this morning though. Waiting to hear back.

No way I would pay the current price, nor do I feel the need to have a stockpile.

Yeah, I posted about this not too long ago. Fortunately, I have enough ammo for my carry gun, etc.
The only thing I can afford to go shoot at the range right now is the 45 Colt revolver. At least with the revolver, I can save all my brass and reload if primers and powder ever become available again.

bet you could sure get someone's attention with those.
I ain’t paying $1 per round on ammo. I have plenty anyways. About 3,000 rounds. That should do it.
You don’t all have ta have MR129867 tactical grenade launch tactical assault Zlgju killer guns to shoot a bunch of invaders. I have a closet full of 22 shells and a couple of bolt action 22 rifles that I can hit someone in the eyeball with that gets close enough to scare. And a handful of cheap shotguns that if they get in the house just stick it in their stomach and pull the trigger.
Don’t really need navy seal equipment to shoot bad folks.
Kinda like these deer hunters thinking they need 300 mags to kill a 95 lb white tail

Myself, my son and my SIL are getting ready to have a couple of reloading weekends here shortly. So I have been digging out all my reloading components. Last count is that we can load 5,000 223, 1,000 40's, 9mm's & 1,000 380's. Then we can do 500 45ACP, 300 222, 200 357, 100 25-06 and a few hundred misc. calibers. I doubt we will get everything loaded as I have 2 Rockchucker's and a Lee progressive set up. I have a couple of Lee Auto-primes to do the priming. I only have 1 scale and 1 powder thrower so I suspect I need at least one more thrower. When all that is done I have 2,500 AA's that I need to get done.

If you think it's bad now just wait until after the election. If Trump wins it will start dropping in February/March if Biden wins it will get way higher.
I have 2,500 AA's that I need to get done.
Where do you get anti-aircraft rounds, and how much does 2,500 of them cost?
I stocked up before the panic. I could probably make 4x what I paid. I gave my niece's husband my AR10 as I can no longer lug it through the woods. Then I gave him the 20 boxes of ammo I had accrued.
