This would be relevant if someone wasn't crushing of the blood flow to his brain for 8 minutes or so.

It appears he would have dropped dead 9 minutes after leaving the store if the police had not shown up

I still say he walks because these riots have angered a lot of people. Besides was he the only one on top of the guy ?
There were police officers all around and nobody saw a problem? Video can be made to look a certain way they do it every night on news.
Jury nullification watch and see.

He will walk. He was subduing a known felon with approved techniques. Not saying good or bad but he will walk.

They'll convict solely to prevent what's left of the city from being burned down.

Amber Guyger got convicted here.

Chauvin gets the book thrown at him there.

I think that's the point of the protest. Techniques like that shouldn't be approved.

Especially after the videos of him resisting and kicking the cops on the drivers side of the patrol vehicle before Chauvin and Thau came on scene, and then him kicking the cops and struggling when they all tried to put him in the passenger side backseat.
That being said, I still believe Chauvin was way out of line!

"That's allowed in order to control someone with "light to moderate pressure" or "with the intention of rendering the person unconscious by applying adequate pressure." The latter act is authorized only to protect officer lives with a suspect who is "actively aggressive" and cannot be controlled by lesser methods."

It's amazing that guy managed to remain a threat to the officers lives for nine minutes, while handcuffed.

Not to mention that is a reckless tactic. Police the police.

I agree it shouldn't be allowed,

but it is and how do you convict a police officer when you allowed him to do this.

Yes but I haven’t read what the levels were.

I personally don’t care what he had in his system...I watched and heard a man beg for his life, several times...that cop has no excuse for not listening to him.
As far as the protestors, they have every right to be heard peacefully...the rioters and looters need to be shot on site and that s—t would stop real quick!

We are better people than this.
