True. I hate to see anybody lose their business or job, but that place was not good. I am surprised they lasted this long. TGIF is another chain that has been able to hold on and I don't know how. Went to the one in Burleson last May to celebrate my niece's graduation (her choice). It had been 20 years since I'd been to one and I won't be back.

What did you think was gonna happen, restaurants operate on tight margins and lenders dont like them. They are gonna drop like flies.

Had one here years ago and it was was terrible food, now the building is a Hooters .

Re: Logan's Roadhouse - 04/05/20 05:46 PM

Was never a fan and felt like the theme of the place was better than the food itself.

Ate there once and that was enough. Coronavirus didn’t put them outta business......

It has been forever for me. My toddler loved that place because you could throw peanut shells on the floor.

Never impressed with that place. Now Texas Roadhouse, especially the one in Denton. That’s some good food.

Texas Roadhouse is paying their employees for one year.

This is exactly true but I'd give my left one to be able to go sit down and eat a crappy steak there right now. This eating at home, just me and the wife, sucks. I like her a lot but sitting there looking at each other and trying to converse is not going to work.

Re: Logan's Roadhouse - 04/05/20 08:31 PM

The Logans in Amarillo was pretty good when it opened about 15 years ago. It then started slowly going downhill. We haven't been in several years and much prefer Texas Roadhouse.

Re: Logan's Roadhouse - 04/05/20 08:43 PM

Ours here in Lufkin was pretty good for a while.

In the last couple years it had went downhill.

I hate to see any business fail and employees lose their job but the announcement didn't surprise me. frown

I bet that is only inside USA. Other locations are probably telling them to pack sand
