A man with a huge tattoo on his forehead that says "crime pays" has found himself locked up behind bars again. Individual lead authorities on a police chase on Feb 17th and was arrested a short time later, booked, and charged with several other crimes. Who hasn't been posting since Monday?

Actually crime does pay, I get a rather nice pension check the last day of every month after 30 years at Longview PD. Now I'm double dipping and get the pension check and a salary from Upshur County....
