If the report of some people taking up to 28 days to show symptoms, this is not good at all.

Does anyone know if folks that have had this and recovered did recover completely?

I pray not, if that's the case, we're all toast! (At least in for a rough ride, who knows the percentage of recovery really is, China is in denial of many facts).
