Drank milk growing up at home. Never did enjoy it. It has been about 40 years since I even had a cold glass of milk. I am getting nauseous just thinking about it. Warm milk--forget about it .
Don't need any help getting to sleep at night. In fact, most nights I'm asleep 15-20 minutes before I'm even in bed. I do do a big mug of SleepyTime tea most evenings during the news but that's not a sleep aid.
