This is why you sit out in a field in the cold. Shot this one Saturday evening with a crossbow out of a ground blind sitting on some trails.

I like it chicken fried.
I make an au jus with mushrooms to soak it in along with some taters.

Nope, gotta be thinly cut, chicken fried and gravy!!! And at least cook it with a fire or heat.

Me too Coach along with biscuits. I like to cut the slices pretty thick then tenderize the slices with a mallet so they spread out and get big enough to fit in a biscuit. Season em up, dip em in an egg wash then flour then fry in Crisco. Must be Crisco. Then homemade gravy and taters.

Leftovers in a biscuit the next morning is almost as good!
