Good game but the second quarter Ennis let those guys run all over them.
Looked like the cowboys Vs Chicago.
That made the difference.

Ennis prolly shoulda went for two on their last TD. Not gonna stop that McClelland kid, don't care how bad his ankle hurts.

This was my thought. You were able to make it back and have a chance to win after being behind all night. Go for 2 with just over 1 minute to play in the game.

Those kids from Ennis should be proud, the Aledo seniors they were playing against havent lost but 3 or 4 games since they were 6 years old.

Okie did you know Allen Trimble passed away last week?

Unfortunately, yes. I knew. Allan was a heckuva coach and better person. I met Allan back in 1983 when he played football for NSU. He had a knack for making lifelong friends. So sad that he passed away at such an early age. His legacy will most definitely live on to the fullest. He touched many a life in a positive way.

This was the only time I can remember where one team member helped the opposing team member up off the ground. Not all the time but I saw it several times during the game. Good going Aledo.
