I have that same pair of shoes, just a slightly different color. I would never wear them with a charcoal or black suit.

Skechers for the win

Wingtip oxfords are a good choice eith suits, but not those shoes with that color suit. And the socks should never be darker than the shoes. Nice bows though, you clearly know the correct procedure for tying them, sadly, many do not.
