most don't know this but I lost my son, who was my reason for being, in august to a bike crash.. i'm really strugglin' with it,.. since very, very early this morning it has been tha very worst yet!.. don't ask for much ever but this is beyond my self help.... I know there are some really good guys on here that might make a difference.. thanks one and all...…………..T

Man I am so sorry for your loss... Stay strong.If it feels like too much brother reach out and get help...talk to a preacher, counselor, medical professional, a wise friend etc. Talk to someone.

I work at a university and sometimes our Counseling and Psychological services refers our students to Mesa Springs in Fort Worth for counseling/treatment.

I wish I had words to help ease your pain, but I don't , so I will pray that the Lord will somehow bring you comfort and strength. I think you are on the right track being open about it. Talking about it with those who share your loss may help.

Praying for you and your family. The pain gets easier but never completely goes away. Lost my son in 1995 but seems like yesterday. Focus on on your family they need you and you need them. Scripture has much to offer as well as Christian friends. Counseling can certainly help as well, remember the good things and focus on them.Joy will return if you let it.

My parents never got over my sisters death. I just can't imagine.

A good thing is that you recognize that you can't carry that burden all alone. That Brother is the beginning of having the ability to let GOD carry that for you. Jesus died to give YOU that gift. It is easy to give it to HIM and then keep picking it back up. Just keep going there and asking HIM to pick it back up. It will get easier. I have lost too many too young. I had to learn that I can't but HE can and will.
