McAdoo did him dirty last year breaking his games started streak, but this is the right move this year.

I think they will keep him to mentor Jones the rest of the year, unless they get a ridiculous offer.

I never thought he was a very good nfl qb, but its really hard to argue that because he has 2 super bowl rings, that said its probably time with what's all happened.

Yep. Ive never been an Eli hater. Good QB and seems a good guy. Hope he lands in a good spot.

I disagree. They are terrible, even if Jones plays really well they aren't going to win many games. I feel they are throwing the kid to the wolves. Didn't hurt Mahomes to sit a year.

Plus 2 SB MVP awards as well.

I don’t think it’s about winning games. I think they are thinking may as well give the kid some real time experience with a very good veteran mentoring him and who knows the system.

I’ve got no skin in this game, and it is the Giants, so who knows if it will be the right decision, but I still believe he may as well get thrown in there. We will see.

When they broke his consecutive games streak for a NY Jet discard, it was the end for Manning. They already knew what Geno Smith could do and still let the guy play.

WOW..... a stunning stat. He sucks pretty bad now. He can't deny that.

Elisha is very pedestrian to even bad. Has as many turnovers as TD's. He should give the defenses on both the SB teams large cash gifts ... they won him 2 SB MVP's as they won both of those games. He has been really bad the last 3 years. I did think he ranked higher on the all time int list but is only #14 with some notable names ahead of him with multiple HOF'ers (8).
