You are doing it wrong I shot. Now while I appreciate cream gravy like any southern bred young man after 24 years at cotton patch I had to add a bit of variety. Try this on occasion. Plate of fries, put the cfs on top of fries, then cover whole thing with brown gravy and top with cheddar cheese. Then pour a generous amount of A1 on plate to the side and dip in it. I actually miss eating that whenever I wanted.
