Dog crashed the plane his owner was flying in Iowa, and the 90 year old pilot died on impact. The dog was last seen running into a cornfield after the crash.

read that. 2 seater and he takes a 70-75# pooch up with him?
and I am sorry but at 90 you don't need to be in the air or on the road, reflexes are shot by that age no matter how fit you used to be.

Yeah, but he built a homemade contraption to contain the dog. Apparently he didn�t have a real rigorous pre-rollout test of this �dog co-pilot containment device�. Or...it could be that testing wasn�t going well so he stopped testing for fear that more failed tests would delay rollout.
