If you go to any of the sports book you’ll have to get there early because every seat and lounge chair will be taken and you better have a betting slip on you because they will check.

No - one will do. But they are a bit more picky on such a busy weekend. The atmosphere is awesome though as everyone hollers in every play because everyone there has a vested interest in something in the game.

I go regularly just to bet on sports. It has become common now for all the books to charge just to sit and watch on big sports weekends. There might be an open spot or two but most of the seats in the books will be reserved. You can get a seat for around $75 to $100 usually. It won't matter if you have made bets or not. Used to be, you could walk in and sit. Not anymore. You can stand in the back and watch, but you likely won't be able to sit without a reservation. Legasse's Stadium is cool but there is a charge for a seat there as well.

My favorite places to watch games for "free."

1. Blondie's Sportsbar--this is my favorite free place. Cheap beer, tons of TVs and the food is decent.
2. ameriCAN Beer Bar in the Linq Promenade. Beer is cheap and it is great for people watching
3. YardHouse--good place but it is difficult to find an open seat for big sporting events. Beer is too expensive here in my opinion but I still go.

They have a large sports book unless they removed it. I’ve stayed there a lot.

Yep, Bally's has a book. It is in the back left near the food court.

It’s a shame Britney stopped her shows

You'd probably enjoy The Las Vegas Lounge.

The BEST sports book I’ve ever watched the Super Bowl in is Hard Rock. I’ve stayed there a few times and it’s great SB weekend because it’s off the strip. The people there are staying there because it’s off the beaten path of the strip. But you’re staying at Bally’s so good luc. Just Uber down to Hard Rock 1SKNK.

Going Jan 31 to Feb 6

Only thing planned is King George concert Feb 2 and Super Bowl Feb 3

We've been to Penn and Teller, Cirque du Soleil Ka and Mystere, Fremont street, the Tower thing with the roller coasters... trying to think of more stuff to do.

I stayed at South Point Hotel/Casino last 2 times there. It is off strip but really nice has a decent size sports book but not sure how it compares to the others mentioned.
